From September 1 to 7, 2015, the Neraida Floating Museum revisited one of its former regular destinations, Leonidio. The local residents, particularly the older generation, warmly welcomed the ship's return to their area after more than 40 years. During this time, the Neraida had served as a ferry connecting Leonidio with Piraeus and other destinations in the Argosaronic Gulf, a route that no longer exists.

The ship was open for free public visits, and free educational programmes were held for the children of the area. The docking at Plaka Leonidio was made possible through cooperation with the Municipality of South Kynouria as part of its broader cultural activities and followed the events for the annual Eggplant Festival, which took place on Saturday, August 29, 2015.
